Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior reporting engineer to lead the design and delivery of our enterprise reporting strategy. You will build processes, create and administer reports, and mentor staff across global BI initiatives.

Responsibilities include expanding the reporting platform, following the SDLC, and delivering complex data extractions and visualizations. This role emphasizes CRE domain knowledge and strong communication.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5 years of industry experience; typically 1 year in an Associate level role.
• 5 years of reporting experience; 1 year in mentorship.
• Expertise building t-SQL statements.
• Expertise in SSRS.
• 2 years commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with CRE loan servicing and Enterprise! (PNC/Midland CRE Servicing).
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Detail oriented, organized; continuous learner; team player.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology team members to expand the reporting platform.
• Follow the software development lifecycle of the reporting platform.
• Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures and queries to extract data.
• Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations.
• Mentor, review, improve and ensure junior staff quality of work.
