Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of a remote software development team.
• Lead, coach, and mentor developers and QA professionals, supporting their technical and career development.
• Partner with Product Management and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software and new product capabilities.
• Champion engineering best practices and a consistent focus on software quality.
• Contribute to product strategy, technical design, and architectural decisions.
• Research, design, and implement new product functionality.
• Help manage and prioritise the development backlog.
• Support planning and architectural discussions for new functionality.
• Coordinate the timely investigation and resolution of customer issues, defects, and bugs.
• Encourage continuous improvement across development processes, engineering practices, and team performance.
• Create an environment of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
