Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Customer Service Manager to oversee the health of contracts for State and Local Public Safety agencies. This fully remote role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and 25% travel to the Northeast region, focusing on VESTA 9-1-1 solutions and related products.

You will drive issue resolution, ensure service delivery, and promote best practices while building trusted advisor relationships across customer accounts and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with Public Safety experience or 6 years Public Safety software experience.
• Must obtain background clearance for government customers.
• US work authorization indefinitely; no sponsorship.
• Travel up to 25% in Northeast region.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall account health for State and Local Public Safety agencies.
• Coordinate deployment of field resources and escalation management.
• Ensure delivery of technical best practices and service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, Customer Success, CMSO Support teams.
