Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Customer Service Manager for a fully remote position focused on managing the health of State and Local public safety software accounts, including VESTA products.

You will lead service delivery, drive issue resolution, and ensure best practices are followed across customer environments. Travel up to 25% in the Northeast, with preference for candidates in NY, NJ, PA, or CT.

Qualifications

• Public Safety experience or equivalent is required or beneficial.
• Ability to obtain government background clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the overall health of customer accounts and service delivery.
• Coordinate resources to resolve issues and meet service levels.
• Escalation management and setting expectations with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and CMSO Support teams.
• Provide insights on technical performance and service improvements.
