Job summary

Maximus is recruiting for a mission-driven role in Tysons, VA, supporting POTFF to optimize SOF readiness, longevity, and performance through comprehensive human performance programs. You will lead and refine community-based initiatives, oversee peer-support networks, and coordinate with DoD resources and civilian partners to improve outcomes.

The position emphasizes data collection and evaluation, policy review, and preparing executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Experience in program development, peer-support services, crisis interventions, or community outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and with military, government, and civilian partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support assessment, planning, implementation, and improvement of community-based programs.
• Organize and oversee peer-support networks and training.
• Collect, analyze, document, and report program data.
• Coordinate with Department of Defense resources and services.
• Prepare briefings for government and program leadership.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings.
