Job summary

Maximus seeks a Social & Family Domain Lead to drive the POTFF program, enhancing SOF resilience and readiness. You will lead social and family readiness services and coordinate with government stakeholders, service members, and families to deliver evidence-based support.

This senior role emphasizes strategic, technical, and operational leadership across programs focused on relationships, family stability, and readiness, aligning with contract requirements and SOF needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
• Two years of relevant experience in social/family readiness or similar
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to analyze program data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational aspects of the POTFF program
• Oversee large multi-project programs and resource planning
• Apply PMI methodology and enforce project standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders, government and families to ensure readiness.
