Maximus is seeking a Social & Family Domain Lead for the POTFF program. This senior role provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership for social and family readiness services that enhance SOF resilience, mission readiness, and career longevity.

The role oversees programs that strengthen relationships, family stability, communication, social connection, unit cohesion, peer support, family integration, and preparedness.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience in government or defense programs.
• Experience delivering social and family readiness services.
• Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership for social & family readiness services.
