Maximus is seeking a Social & Family Domain Lead to guide POTFF programs supporting SOF readiness, family stability, and resilience. This senior role provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership across domains, collaborating with government stakeholders, SOF personnel, and families to deliver evidence-based support.

The position emphasizes planning, resource management, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with contract requirements and government priorities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, family studies, psychology, or related field.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with active Secret clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and planning activities.
• Oversee large multi-project programs including planning, staffing, and control.
• Develop and maintain project work plans and documents.
• Baseline projects and capture historical metrics for forecasting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide leadership to staff.
