Job summary

Maximus seeks a Social & Family Domain Lead to provide senior strategic, technical, and operational leadership for POTFF programs. This role focuses on social readiness, family stability, and resilience to enhance SOF mission readiness and career longevity. The incumbent will collaborate with government stakeholders, service members, and families to deliver evidence-based, mission-focused support.

U.S. citizenship is required with eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Degrees in human services, social work, psychology, or related fields preferred.
• At least two years in human services, family support, or related fields.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of family systems and social services principles.
• Ability to build trust with service members, families, and stakeholders.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills to evaluate outcomes and trends.
• Proficiency with standard office tech and databases.
• U.S. Citizenship; active Secret clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of large multi-project programs.
• Develop and maintain project work plans and metrics.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
• Ensure programs align with POTFF objectives and government priorities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contracts, and SOWs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Monitor risk, issues, and quality assurance across projects.
• Communicate progress to leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
