Job summary

Maximus seeks a Social & Family Domain Lead for the POTFF program to provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership across social and family readiness initiatives supporting SOF resilience and mission readiness.

This senior role partners with government stakeholders, service members, and families to deliver evidence-based support, with the position contingent on contract award and security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent).
• Two years of relevant experience in human services, family support, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of large multi-project programs.
• Oversee planning, staffing, execution, and control of project activities.
• Develop resource plans and track metrics for history and forecasting.
• Ensure documentation, standards, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor partners to improve services.
