Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Social Media Coordinator to bring our purpose to life across social and creator channels. Hybrid in Valley City, OH or remote, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Social and Influencer. You will support social execution, engagement, and ongoing optimizations across platforms to align with brand goals and deliver impact.

You’ll engage communities, curate content, coordinate influencers, and monitor trends to drive meaningful conversations and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of social media marketing experience in consumer-brand industry or at an agency.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Meta, YouTube and ecosystem dynamics.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
• Consumer empathy, analytical & research skills.
• Experience mentoring others and developing junior teammates.
• Experience building and optimizing workflows.
• Skills: Analysis, Brand Marketing, Communication, Content Delivery/Distribution, Content Development, Marketing, Presentation/Verbal Skills, Problem Solving, Project/Program Management, Quality Assurance, Research, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, managing direct messages, and fostering authentic connections with followers.
• Review, schedule and quality‑assure content in social reviews across calendars.
• Curate UGC content that highlights the community and creates meaningful moments for the community.
• Coordinate tool orders and product seeding for influencers to support brand partnerships.
• Conduct social listening to monitor trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments.
• Track, measure, and report on KPIs and translate results into actionable insights.
