Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to bring brand voice to life across social and creator channels. You will support execution, engagement, and optimization while aligning with brand objectives.

This hybrid role in Valley City, OH or remote reports to the Sr. Manager of Social and Influencer. You’ll engage communities, curate content, coordinate influencer seeding, monitor trends, and report KPIs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years in social media marketing in consumer-brand industry or agency.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Meta and YouTube platforms and dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Creative thinking and problem solving; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Review, schedule and quality-assure social content across calendars.
• Curate UGC and highlight community stories and conversations.
• Coordinate influencer seeding and product packaging for partnerships.
• Monitor trends with social listening and provide insights to teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to align tone and responses.
• Track KPIs and translate results for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to join conversations and boost engagement.
