Responsibilities include responding to comments, curating UGC, coordinating influencer collaborations, and analyzing KPIs to drive brand impact across platforms. A Bachelor's in marketing and 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years in social media marketing in consumer-brand industry or agency.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) and ecosystem dynamics.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with online community by responding to comments and DMs.
• Review, schedule, and quality-assure content across calendars.
• Curate UGC content highlighting community and emerging conversations.
• Coordinate tool orders and product seeding for influencers.
• Conduct social listening to monitor trends and cultural moments.
• Track and report KPIs, translating results for stakeholders.
• Partner with Customer Support to align tone and guidelines.
• Monitor platforms to identify opportunities to join conversations and drive engagement.
