The candidate should have 5+ years in branded content creation, strong filming skills, and a keen eye for platform-specific formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in film, media production, communications, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience creating branded, social, or digital content.
• Strong experience in filming and content capture for social-first platforms, with ability to plan and execute shoots from concept through on-location production.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and platform-specific content formats; experience with professional content creation gear.
• Excellent time-management, project management, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop social-first video and content concepts aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan shoots: pre-production, shot lists, schedules, locations, production logistics.
• Travel to locations to capture high-quality content for social media campaigns and events.
• Film content using digital cameras and lightweight production equipment.
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards, identity, and tone of voice.
• Collaborate with editors and post-production teams to deliver final deliverables.
