Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of language required.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture and slang.
• Able to mirror client brand voice and engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout Social experience a plus.
