Job summary

Social Factor seeks project-based, part-time Community Moderators to manage multilingual moderation tasks across major social platforms. The role requires native language proficiency and deep cultural knowledge to accurately engage with users and uphold brand voice.

Ideal candidates have prior social media moderation experience, experience with tools like Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level language understanding required.
• Deep knowledge of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Ability to mirror brand voice & engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong multitasking.
• Willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach.
• High energy with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Interact with users in real-time across major platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X; high-speed internet (min 150 Mbps).
