Social Factor is seeking experienced moderators for project-based, part-time roles across the United States. The team moderates for well-known brands, developing engaging communities while upholding brand voice and community guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level language understanding.
• Deep knowledge of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Able to mirror brand voice & engage users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking abilities and ability to follow workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; language/tests may be given.
• High energy with proactive approach and ability to multitask in a dynamic org.
• Knowledge of major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
