Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, paid campaigns, and online community ecosystem. You will drive organic strategy, manage international paid ads on LinkedIn and Meta, and nurture nonprofit advocates across channels.

Responsibilities include editorial calendar ownership, cross-channel content creation, and leveraging Wrike and HubSpot for campaign alignment and lead tracking. Remote, full-time role with strong impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across multiple channels.
• Scale international paid social ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta).
• Manage brand engagement and nurture nonprofit advocates.
• Oversee online community ecosystem and daily monitoring across channels.
• Coordinate with Wrike for editorial calendars and cross-functional tasks.
• Use HubSpot to align campaigns, track leads, and measure attribution.
