Job summary

TechSoup is a global nonprofit technology partner. We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our international social presence, scale paid campaigns, and nurture our online community across multiple platforms.

You’ll collaborate with Wrike for project planning and HubSpot for campaign alignment, tracking, and lifecycle marketing. The role requires 3–5 years in organic social, paid ads, and community management, with strong copywriting and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Scale international paid social ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta) to drive leads and registrations.
• Manage brand engagement across external platforms and nurture nonprofit advocates.
• Use Wrike for editorial calendars and cross-functional project management.
• Leverage HubSpot to align social campaigns with marketing workflows and track leads.
• Monitor daily discussions and respond to maintain high community trust.
• Identify and engage top contributors to encourage peer-to-peer content and story sharing.
• Measure, analyze, and report performance across organic and paid social channels.
