TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, paid campaigns, and online community ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end organic strategy, scale LinkedIn/Meta ads, and cultivate nonprofit advocates across platforms.

You’ll manage editorial calendars in Sprinklr, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use Wrike and HubSpot for campaign alignment, lead tracking, and lifecycle marketing.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience using Wrike to manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Practical experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns and lead tracking.
