Job summary

TechSoup is a global nonprofit social enterprise using technology to empower nonprofits. We seek a creative, analytical Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, scale paid campaigns, and nurture our online community.

You will lead multi-national social strategies, manage editorial calendars, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Wrike and HubSpot. Remote role with comprehensive benefits and a focus on impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sector preferred.
• Hands-on proficiency with Wrike for editorial calendars and campaigns.
• Experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead tracking, or CRM integration.
• Ability to manage targeted campaigns and budgets in LinkedIn, Meta.
• Strong copywriting and visual design skills using Canva/Adobe/Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across global channels.
• Scale international paid social campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta).
• Manage brand engagement and nurture nonprofit advocates online.
• Oversee Wrike-based project workflows and content schedules.
• Use HubSpot to align campaigns with marketing workflows and track leads.
• Monitor and report on performance across organic and paid channels.
