LILT is seeking experienced Manufacturing and Industrial Operations professionals as independent contractors to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project across manufacturing facilities and industrial operations. You will create and review high-quality scenarios reflecting production, logistics, procurement, and inventory challenges.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within this strategic sector.

Competenze

Must have native-level proficiency in the target language with strong professional English.
5+ years in Manufacturing/Industrial Operations or related fields.
Background in purchasing, procurement, production supervision, industrial/mechanical engineering, inventory or logistics.
Knowledge of industrial workflows, safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments.

Mansioni

Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios grounded in target locale contexts.
Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks.
Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.
