LILT is seeking experienced Manufacturing and Industrial Operations professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Indian industrial environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic scenarios reflecting operational, engineering, procurement, production, and logistics challenges across manufacturing facilities.

You will work as an independent contractor with flexible hours, without fixed schedules or guaranteed income.

Qualifications

• Native-level Tamil with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Background in Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong understanding of industrial workflows, safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Tamil or English grounded in Indian contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
