Job summary

LILT (Production) is seeking experienced Manufacturing and Industrial Operations professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focusing on Indian industrial environments. You will create and review high-quality scenarios across production, procurement, logistics, and inventory management in Telugu or English.

As an independent contractor, you’ll design realistic workflows, adapt rubrics, and review responses for accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Native-level Telugu with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Background in Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong understanding of industrial workflows, safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Telugu or English grounded in Indian operational contexts.
• Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, safety, and industrial realism.
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
