LILT is seeking experienced Manufacturing and Industrial Operations professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Indian industrial environments. You will design scenarios, review responses, and contribute to gold-standard solutions across procurement, production, and logistics.

The role emphasizes Tamil language expertise and English proficiency, with flexible, contractor-based engagement. Remote, 1099 contractor work with global collaboration opportunities and rapid payment.

Qualifications

• Native-level Tamil with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Background in Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong understanding of industrial workflows, safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Tamil or English grounded in Indian operational contexts.
• Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
