Qualifications

• Native-level target language with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in roles such as Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in the target language or English grounded in locale operational contexts (production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving).
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across target locale manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
