Job summary

LILT is seeking experienced Manufacturing and Industrial Operations professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Indian industrial, production, and supply chain environments.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect operational, engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management challenges across manufacturing facilities and industrial operations.

Qualifications

• Native-level Hindi with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Background in Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Strong understanding of industrial workflows, safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and Indian manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Hindi or English grounded in Indian operational contexts.
• Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.
• Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.
