Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with SMB clients is a plus.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn software.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
• Team player in a fast-paced startup.
• Positive attitude, empathy and energy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for SMB customers from kickoff to activation.
• Deliver tailored training to configure Connecteam per client needs.
• Guide customers to quick wins to demonstrate value and boost adoption.
• Establish strong usage habits to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Identify at-risk clients early and create proactive churn mitigation plans.
