Toptal is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of SMB clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, expand relationships across Toptal’s full portfolio, and drive growth through proactive account planning and value delivery.

You will work remotely, managing client engagements end-to-end, collaborating with Talent Operations, Delivery, HireGlobal, and services experts to ensure exceptional client experiences and revenue expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B account management or sales experience.
• Experience managing SMB accounts and expanding relationships.
• Evidence of creating account plans and driving value for clients.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of SMB accounts, driving retention and growth.
• Conduct insight-driven conversations to uncover business objectives.
• Build proactive account plans linking client goals to Toptal offerings.
• Expand accounts across the full Toptal portfolio including HireGlobal and services.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in SFDC.
