Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will partner with Chief Financial Officers, HR and Payroll Administrators at companies from Fortune 100 to small businesses, delivering expert guidance and growing your own book of business.

Daily goals around dials and appointments set, autonomy in scheduling, and a Monday–Friday workweek with no travel.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Ability to use new tools and technology to support client buying journeys.
• Strong communication, time management, and proactive outreach skills.

Responsibilities

• Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals within assigned geography.
