Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using digital tools. You’ll partner with CFOs, HR and payroll admins, and small business owners, building a strong book of business with a consultative approach.

You will start with daily activity goals, then gain autonomy, a flexible schedule, and uncapped commissions in a supportive, high‑growth environment at a leading tech company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience valued for teamwork and resilience.
• Ability to learn and apply new sales tools and technology.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and reach quarterly goals within assigned geography.
• Develop a network and win new business from decision-makers and owners.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding cloud-based HR solutions.
• Collaborate with internal partners and act as trusted advisor to clients.
