Job summary

Simetrik is seeking a Customer Success Manager (SMB) based in Brazil to own the end-to-end journey for a Mid Market portfolio, protecting revenue, accelerating adoption, and driving expansion. You will collaborate with Product, Implementation, Support and Revenue teams to unblock client outcomes and maintain CRM hygiene.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end customer journey for a Mid Market portfolio.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision makers.
Drive governance: cadence, agendas, follow-ups, escalation paths.
Translate product usage into ROI and operational savings narratives.
Identify expansion opportunities and partner with revenue leaders.
Coordinate Product, Implementation, Support, and Revenue to unblock outcomes.
