Job summary

Fieldguide is hiring an SMB Account Executive to sell our AI Advisory & Audit Cloud solutions to Canadian CPA firms. You’ll drive net new business, partner with CPA firms, and navigate a multithreaded sales motion in a remote-first setup across Canada.

You will guide firms through a technology shift, position Fieldguide as an AI partner, and build trust-based relationships that balance legacy approaches with innovation. Remote in Canada with up to 30% travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to audit/advisory firms is preferred.
• Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage complex, multithreaded deals across executives to practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Own a targeted SMB account list from prospecting to close.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics.
• Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers through thought leadership.
• Leverage MEDDICC to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Finance, Product, and Marketing to meet customer needs.
