Job summary

Parallel is hiring three fully remote Speech-Language Pathologists for an immediate school-based assignment for the 2026-2027 year. Roles involve 35 hours per week, ~55 students per SLP, and teletherapy for middle and high school students.

Compensation starts at $52/hour (1099) with potential W-2 based on licenses and district needs. Benefits include a signing bonus and onboarding stipend for rapid onboarding. Experience with IEPs and Medicaid billing preferred.

Qualifications

• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• Active licensure in TN/OH/WV/LA or eligible for Compact Privilege.
• Minimum 1 year school-based IEP-directed therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IEP-aligned, student-centered virtual speech therapy to middle/high schoolers.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and reports.
• Lead IEP meetings and manage case work for Speech Only students.
• Collaborate with school teams to design and monitor IEPs.
• Track session data and generate progress reports each cycle.
• Deliver state-specific services including AAC support and screenings.
