Job summary

Parallel is seeking three Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver teletherapy to middle and high school students in a fully remote school setting. Roles are full-time, 35 hours per week, during standard school hours, with a $52/hour starting compensation and potential W-2 options based on licensure and district needs.

Openings are immediate, with sign-on perks including a $500 sign-on bonus and an onboarding stipend if onboarding is completed within 2 days.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in TN, OH, WV, or LA and Tennessee Compact Privilege eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time school-based IEP-directed therapy; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with IEP process and evaluating reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 30-minute virtual therapy sessions for middle/high school students.
• Lead IEP meetings and manage cases for Speech Only students.
• Collaborate with school teams to design and monitor IEPs.
• Track progress and prepare reports for reporting cycles.
• Provide AAC support and SLPA supervision as needed.
