Job summary

Synapse Speech-Language Pathology Group, PLLC in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Teletherapy School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support multiple schools on Central Time.

This remote role requires M-F availability for eight hours during the school day, with open hours 7:15-2:15, 8:15-3:15, or 9:15-4:15 CT. A Master's in SLP and TN licensure are required or in process.

CCC is preferred, CFs considered; benefits include 401(k), CE credits, PTO, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• CCC preferred; CFs considered.
• TN SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• TN Educator license (or ability to obtain).
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Background check clearance.
• Experience with pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, develop and implement therapy goals
• Diagnose speech and language pathologies
• Act as a liaison and collaborate with other professionals/team members and families to provide well-rounded care
• Educate students and teachers in proper treatment techniques, including the use of assistive devices
• Provide written documentation of client services, including but not limited to, writing session notes and uploading them to a database timely
• Develop or collaborate on the development of the IEP (Individual Education Plan)
