Job summary

EVERSANA is hiring a Remote-based Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) – Sleep to support neurologic sleep apnea products. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, educate staff, and drive assigned territory sales goals from a home office.

The role emphasizes virtual engagement, back-office support, and adherence to regulatory guidelines with competitive compensation and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales experience including virtual engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software (Veeva CRM a plus).
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to articulate complex clinical data.
• Comfort discussing medical information with physicians and staff.
• Stable internet connection to support VoIP calls.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training and develop understanding of disease states and product features.
• Deliver core selling messages and meet/exceed sales goals set by the Client.
• Process sample and literature requests and track shipments.
• Maintain targeted call notes and follow-up in CRM.
• Collaborate with field specialists to ensure product availability for patients.
• Adhere to PDMA, regulatory policies, and company guidelines.
• Work remotely from a home office and manage a virtual territory.
