Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Remote-based Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) for Sleep to support our neurology product portfolio. You will establish relationships with healthcare providers, educate teams on product benefits, and drive territory sales through virtual engagement.

You will operate from a home office, meet or exceed sales targets, maintain call activity logs, and collaborate with field teams while adhering to PDMA and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales experience including virtual engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software especially Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn new software (Veeva CRM a plus).
• Excellent communication & rapport-building skills.
• Ability to articulate complex clinical data.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core selling messages and training across assigned promoted products.
• Meet or exceed call expectations and sales attainment goals set forth by the Client.
• Ensure sample and literature requests are generated accurately and follow up as needed.
• Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls including attempts and literature requests.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on team leadership in areas for improvement.
• Adhere to all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
• Work independently from a remote home office.
• Cultivate assigned virtual territory and be accountable for measurable results.
• Work closely with the field specialty team to ensure product availability for patients.
• Compensation based on a mix of overall volume/metrics and outcomes.
