Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to drive growth across State, Local Government, and Education (SLED) customers in Illinois. This remote, territory-based role focuses on developing customer relationships, building pipeline, selling HPE solutions, and expanding our presence in the market.

A strong hunter mindset and experience with complex enterprise sales are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Enterprise technology sales experience preferred.
• SLED or public-sector sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Illinois and broader territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account strategy to grow pipeline, revenue, and relationships across SLED accounts in Illinois.
• Identify and develop new opportunities by aligning customer priorities with HPE solutions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline across short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities; coordinate with internal teams.
• Engage executive stakeholders and partners to drive opportunities from discovery to close.
