Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in customer/application support, programming, or related experience.
• Experience with education abroad CRM systems and/or admissions CRM systems and database management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and improves Slate CRM portals and data dashboards.
• Develops and supports enrollment management and data analytics functions per IU standards.
• Collaborates with Undergraduate Admissions and university partners to identify solutions.
