The University of Indianapolis seeks an Associate Director of Graduate Admissions Operations to lead strategic, operational, and technical efforts for graduate recruitment, application management, and enrollment.

In this role, you will serve as the primary Slate CRM administrator, design and maintain admission applications, optimize workflows, and collaborate with programs to improve efficiency and enrollment results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in higher education administration, business, information systems, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years in higher education admissions operations, enrollment management technology, CRM administration, or related area.
• Experience supporting, configuring, or optimizing CRM systems and related business processes.
• Understanding of higher education admissions, application management, student recruitment, and enrollment operations.
• Ability to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data reporting experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate with nontechnical audiences.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary functional administrator and technical resource for graduate admissions operations within the University's Slate CRM.
• Design, build, configure, test, and maintain graduate admissions applications including program requirements and workflows.
• Develop and optimize Slate Reader workflows for evaluation, faculty review, and decision processes.
• Configure and maintain automated communications, status updates, and document collection processes.
• Collaborate with academic programs to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve efficiency and enrollment outcomes.
• Maintain Slate data structures, fields, rules, forms, queries, permissions, and integrations; coordinate with system administrators.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and documentation of Slate upgrades and new functionality.
• Support data exchange between Slate and other systems (Banner, Axiom) and ensure data security and compliance.
