Job summary

Roosevelt University is seeking an Enrollment Systems and CRM Specialist to support graduate recruitment and enrollment initiatives. You will design reports and dashboards in Technolutions Slate, automate workflows, and integrate data across Slate, Banner, and other platforms to improve decision making.

Collaborating with Admissions, Enrollment Marketing, IT, and other partners, you will translate operational needs into technical solutions, ensure data integrity, and advance enrollment analytics

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience with Technolutions Slate, including queries, reports, forms, workflows, portals, rules, or integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in complex data sets and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate operational needs into effective technology, reporting, and process solutions.
• Excellent data accuracy, organization, and multi-project management.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Experience incorporating AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Slate queries, reports, dashboards, and data exports to support recruitment, admissions, and enrollment decisions.
• Maintain data integrity and FERPA compliance; reconcile data between Slate, Banner, and other systems.
• Collaborate with enrollment leadership to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Configure and optimize Slate workflows, forms, portals, communications, and CRM functionality.
• Support application processing, admissions decisions, scholarships, and annual updates; improve processes via automation.
