Job summary

Indiana University in Bloomington/Indianapolis is seeking a Sr. Operational leader to guide University Enrollment Services' Slate Captain function, overseeing a Business Analysis team focused on admissions technology and process redesign.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements and collaboration across campuses. You will lead functional priorities for Slate and related tools, mentor analysts, and partner with stakeholders to streamline enrollment workflows, apply AI and automation, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Four years of related field experience and one year in a management role.
Experience analyzing business processes and implementing technology solutions is preferred.
Strong leadership in enterprise reporting and stakeholder collaboration.
Ability to guide admissions technology platforms (Slate) and related systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise business analysis team and Slate CRM efforts across IU campuses.
Design and optimize enrollment processes with AI and automation initiatives.
Manage staffing, budgeting, and project timelines for multiple initiatives.
Collaborate with campuses and stakeholders to define needs and deliver solutions.
Ensure documentation, testing, training, and user support practices.
Coordinate with vendors and technical teams on system enhancements.
