Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of successful investigative (skip trace) experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of repossession or collections industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform skip trace investigations to locate debtors and client collateral.
• Maintain a large inventory of accounts and provide regular updates to clients and PAR management.
• Develop and manage vendor contracts; evaluate vendor effectiveness and relationships.
• Prepare daily production reports and communicate results to management.
