Job summary

Brown & Joseph, part of the ARMStrong group, is seeking a Litigation Coordinator/Skip Tracer to support our debt recovery and litigation efforts. You will review cases, perform skip-tracing research, and draft detailed write-ups for litigation viability while maintaining client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial collections, skip tracing/investigations, or litigation processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold strict client confidentiality protocols.
• Understand and execute departmental procedures and client procedures.
• Multitask between emails, SalesForce, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Provide detailed write-ups for clients regarding viability of pursuing litigation.
• Perform basic skip-tracing functions on debtor businesses and principals using private databases and public records.
• Read and interpret client and attorney documents.
• Correspond with clients regarding pending litigation accounts or closures.
• Meet or exceed minimum department productivity requirements.
