The role emphasizes relationship-building, market development, and seamless cross-team coordination in a remote-friendly work setup with regional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in skincare or wellness.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Cosmetology or Esthetics license or spa operations experience.
• Willing to travel up to 60% within region.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business: research, prospect, and onboard new partners in your region.
• Build lasting relationships: partner with owners and teams to support growth through sales strategy, events, and education.
• Collaborate across teams: work closely with Education, Marketing, and Leadership to align goals and ensure partner success.
• Showcase Innovation: represent our brands at trade shows, demos, and events.
• Stay organized and proactive: manage leads, pipelines, and reporting in our CRM system.
