Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Business Development Manager to own a defined territory of SkinHealth Systems accounts, driving clinical and commercial value. You will introduce new Hydrafacial products, develop personalized business plans, and expand treatment offerings across dermatology and med-spa settings.

This field-based role requires at least 5 years of account management in aesthetics, a valid driver's license, and strong ability to forecast, upsell, and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in aesthetics (cash-pay) markets such as dermatology, plastic surgery, or med-spa.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate ROI and value proposition to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory of Hydrafacial provider accounts and drive product adoption and consumable revenue.
• Develop individualized business plans with customers to increase patient volume and practice revenue.
• Drive device purchases and ROI-based opportunities within existing customers.
