Regional Educator – West Coast (LA based)

The Opportunity – Regional Educator

This is not a traditional field educator role! The Ultraceuticals Regional Educator is a commercially driven, high-impact individual responsible for elevating clinical standards, deepening strategic account partnerships, and driving measurable revenue growth across a defined territory.

As the face of Ultraceuticals in-market, you will act as the ultimate brand ambassador — delivering best-in-class education, optimizing treatment performance, and ensuring our partners view Ultraceuticals as their most trusted clinical skincare authority.

This role is ideal for an educator who understands that education is the engine of commercial success.

Must be a Licensed Esthetician

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced clinical education and certification across MedSpa and professional accounts (in-person and virtual)
• Elevate treatment standards and integrate retail strategies to drive results and revenue
• Manage and grow a defined territory of accounts aligned to revenue targets
• Build quarterly growth plans and optimize performance using key KPIs (AOV, rebooking, retail conversion, wholesale growth)
• Strengthen strategic partnerships through in-clinic coaching, promotions, and activation support
• Lead new account onboarding and execute education rollouts within the first 60 days
• Represent Ultraceuticals as a clinical authority at industry events and within the professional skincare market
• Provide timely reporting, market insights, and clear communication to internal stakeholders

Travel Requirements

• The role will be based in LA and would require up to 30% travel (interstate, regional, and occasionally international)
• Occasional weekend travel may be required
• Valid driver’s license and fully maintained vehicle

This engagement will be on a 1099 independent contractor basis.
