Job summary

Ultra Skin Services seeks a Business Development Manager in Cincinnati, OH to expand partnerships with spas, salons, med spas, and medical professionals. You will drive growth through education, technology, and strong relationships, promoting Ultraceuticals and Sylton Observ.

You’ll work remotely with a national team, travel up to 60% regionally, and collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Leadership to achieve partner success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or business development, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness.
• Proven ability to build long-term partnerships and drive growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with a national team.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the work week within your region.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business: research, prospect, and onboard new partners in your region.
• Build lasting relationships with spa owners and teams to grow sales.
• Collaborate with Education, Marketing, and Leadership to align partner goals.
• Represent Ultraceuticals and Sylton Observ at trade shows, demos, and events.
• Manage leads, pipelines, and reporting in the CRM system.
