Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years in sales or business development, ideally in skincare, beauty, or wellness.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills are essential.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the company at events.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently across a multi-location territory.
• Willingness to travel within the identified region and to the home office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Upsell and drive regional enrollment and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute regional strategies for Cincinnati Institute.
• Align recruitment and partnership strategies with Admissions, Education, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
• Lead teams through coaching on product knowledge and upselling techniques.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
• Represent brands at trade shows, demos, and events.
• Plan and host events to drive customer engagement and partnerships.
